I was diagnosed with a slipped disc after a car accident. I tried seeking help with a chiropractor and TCM but these didn’t help much with the returning pain I experienced in my upper back.

After getting to know Viviane and with her help, I managed to correct my posture and build strength. My upper backache is gone and at the same time, I slimmed down gradually and shaved 7kg over a year.

Viviane is very patient and a great listener. Before each lesson starts, she will assess my condition and plan my workout to resolve my pain points during the session.

She is great with kids too. She managed to resolve training aches that my 10-years old boy experienced during his intensive wushu training.

Viviane is friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and encouraging. She takes time to understand my injuries, and identify the muscles that I need improvement.

She gives clear instructions on how to engage/use the correct muscles. In her group classes, Viviane’s workouts are is fun yet challenging and and she gives variations to cater to everyone’s level of fitness.

Viviane is a very insightful and knowledgeable trainer – she approaches personal training with a solid theoretical foundational knowledge about the body, which appealed to me immediately.  

Viviane is also foused on what you want to achieve (in my case, becoming stronger and fitter than my job allowed me to be, at 42) without pushing you past your comfort levels.

Viviane knew my muscle ability and was able to design something that would keep me engaged but also progress steadily. I have reached many of my goals and she has invented new ones as well. 

In working with Viviane over the last 12 months, I have yet to acquire an injury from training and am very satisfied with my progress. 

Viviane is also creative with the use of gym equipment, blocks, furniture, or even condominium spaces to design a workout for me that used my bodyweight strength and focused on mobility & flexibility training.

Viviane is effortlessly personable and makes every workout session pass in the blink of an eye.
