My coaching blends functional strength, mobility training, and calisthenics fundamentals to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and confident in your body. Having personally gone through surgeries and injuries, I understand what it’s like to start over — and I’m here to guide you safely through every step of your journey.

Movement has always been my way of making sense of the world. It kept me grounded through two major surgeries, a cycling accident, and every twist and turn life threw my way. I know how it feels to feel stuck in your body — and how freeing it is when things start to flow again.

That’s why Move With Viv was born — to help you build strength from the inside out, in a way that’s fun, smart, and sustainable.

Holistic Fitness, Rehabilitation & Functional Strength Training

We provide all-rounded fitness and rehabilitation-based training that supports the body through injury recovery, surgical preparation, and long-term physical development. Whether you are recovering from an accident, managing an injury, preparing for surgery, or rebuilding strength after an operation, our approach guides you safely from rehabilitation to confident, independent movement.

Training combines rehabilitation-focused exercises, active prehabilitation, mobility work, and functional strength training using tools such as kettlebells, battle ropes, ViPR, maces, club bells, and suspension equipment. Each program is adapted to your stage of recovery, physical capacity, and goals to restore movement quality, rebuild strength, and reduce the risk of re-injury.

Classes

Our one-to-one personal training and small group strength classes offer structured, personalised coaching for individuals seeking safe and effective progression. Sessions are designed to meet you where you are — whether transitioning from rehabilitation, returning to exercise, or building long-term strength and movement confidence.

Training includes functional strength exercises, bodyweight training, controlled movement flows, and skill development, with an emphasis on proper technique, progressive loading, and movement efficiency. This approach supports daily activities, active lifestyles, and sport while minimising unnecessary strain or burnout.

Corporate Mobility &
Movement Workshops

Our corporate mobility and movement workshops are designed to support physical wellbeing in the workplace. These sessions address common issues such as stiffness, poor posture, and reduced mobility caused by prolonged sitting and repetitive work habits.

Workshops combine practical mobility drills, simple strength exercises, and movement education that participants can apply immediately at work and at home. Sessions are accessible to all fitness levels and focus on improving comfort, movement efficiency, and physical resilience throughout the workday.

This program helps teams move better, feel better, and maintain long-term physical health in and outside the workplace.
